Connecting to QB

When we linked QuickBooks (QB) to Accounts Production & imported the transaction, it would be good if we could edit the transactions. It would be better if this was editable for QB & other 3rd party bookkeeping software as well.

Change surname of shareholder (non PSC or director) and file 'voluntary' CS01 with full shareholder list

Datamine clients unticked for statements

Once a client has been unticked for statements, unless we keep a manual list of them, it is difficult to know which clients they are. Sometimes we untick a client for a couple of statement runs.

Ability to override errors when preparing Accounts.

Every time I prepare micro Co accounts under FRS 105 there are errors on the review page due to brought forward values differences to last years actual values. This is the case as Xero will not have a separate reporting for brought forward values ...

Option to add the data input page status to the detailed report

Sometimes we send the detailed report to the client when trying to fill in the gaps - it would be useful to see 'complete' or 'awaiting information' next to each section as appropriate. First requested Nov 2016

Allow access to the "invoices" tab only for bookkeepers

Bookkeeper complains they have not got invoice. Director does not want bookkeeper to have access to the whole Openspace account.

Phone number added to info included in client browser

It would be very useful to be able to see a clients main phone number on the search screen to avoid having to view that client and then access the address/number section. Any information like that that is available without any effort is a bonus.

Charity Incorporated Organisation (CIO)

For CIO the disclosures need to refer to only the Charites Act and refer to them as 'the Charity'. Currently there is no option for this in IRIS but would be really helpful if there was. Editing in Word is not helpful when it comes to the next year.

Show expense lines rather than consolidated expense categories in sole trade and p'ship P&L's

Cleints like to see exactly what the costs incurred rather than a consolidated category eg general expenses is made up of 10+ individual costs
