Ability to upload a document to all openspace clients from within openspace
Thought this would be a built in feature. Wanted to upload urgent info about office open/closed and revised staff contacts etc due to COVID-19 and was surprised it could not be done simply from within openspace.
Did this ever get incorporated? Am sending out Tax Return checklists to clients and would be useful to upload this to each client into their OpenSpace user area.
Hi Mike. It just seemed a natural thing to be able to do. The need to send a notice prompted me - sudden bulk emails of that nature can sometimes cause issues. Sending a distinct copy per client in document form to openspace seemed a better option. But in more 'normal' times, if we were to amend say our standard terms and conditions or privacy notice - which we would want to go to all clients - it would be nice to have that ability via openspace as an 'upload to all' - rather than laboriously one by one. Thanks for the feedback, is it actually documents you need to share or more like a notice? If its a notice wouldn't it be better to do an email or SMS comms? Let me know keen to explore this.
