Names of people - Remove reference to female salutations only, as an option

Can we remove options 5 and 6 from the software? A few occasions where these options have been selected and it only highlights title if Ms or Mrs etc. If unnoticed it can rightfully upset clients, given its quite an archaic sexist option.
