Column to see info who downloaded given file

It would be great if users ( both practice and client side) could see not only the date when the file was downloaded but also who did it in next column let's say - at the moment only admins on practice side can see it in audit logs I believe.

Abilty to assign priviledges for users for individual folders on the account

Abilty to assign priviledges to users for individual folders on the account so if you want (or if client wants to) they can adjust which user get access to given folder

To be able to run a report on the documents awaiting approval

Currently the only way to do this is to copy and paste each page into Excel

Downloaded Date column missing in All Files on the Dashbord

Downloaded Date column missing in All Files on the Dashbord - it would be helpful for the time being if manual deletion of old downloaded file is required - when waiting for some automation feature for files aging
