Currently clients are unable to view or edit e-checklists when using mobile devices unless they choose desktop view. This would be useful as a lot of clients find it easier and quicker to fill in e-checklists while on the go from their phone and do not always have access to their computers. This would benefit both staff and clients. It could work in the same way as the desktop version, however mobile optimized.
I think this is really important. Currently clients receive an email to say their checklist is on the portal but when they click on the link in the mail through an iPad - the e-checklist is not there. It is very confusing for clients and for this reason we are not using e-checklists. Openspace seems to have done only half the job - surely it is absolutely essential that these can be seen on their phone or iPad - even if they cannot complete them
Thanks Jake, we are looking to do an mobile app in the future so this should be tackled as part of that.
