It would be useful to be able to withdraw approval requests from the Iris Open Space portal.
From time to time we will upload a document for a client to approve but then they approve it via a difference means (for example by coming into the office). At present the 'awaiting approval' document then sits on the portal and we can't clear it off.
It distorts the figures on the dashboard.

Please can you revisit this, as it's a much needed feature.

We agree with the above. We would like to be able to remove the approval of the document but to keep it on the client records for them to be able to view/access in the future.
Thanks for this, i will consider this in the future. Giving you a way to cancel the approval request.
