An option to cancel an approval request once one has been made would be useful.
When a request has been made to approve or sign a document, if it has been done another way, it would be useful to have the facility to take this back and remove the approval request.
This would be a useful feature for us too. Often a client will approve a document in a different way, so we need to remove the request.
Also.. we sometime need to change who is signing a document and this often means we have to delete the document and re-upload.. it would be handy to be able to cancel a request and then send a new request say to another contact.
Mike Turner. We want to be able to leave the documents on OpenSpace for clients to access/view in the future. Deleting the files does not help. Surely, being able to retract the approval request should be an easy option to install.
