we accidentally clicked the bridge button whilst in job planning and it re-assigned the personal tax service to all clients that didn't have the service. this include all ex-client and potential clients that didn't need the service. this was over 1000 clients. i had to go in to every client individually and delete the per tax services. this was very time consuming
