Facility to incorporate Unlimited through Company Formations

It would be useful if Iris would provide the facility to incorporate LLP's and Unlimited Companies as these currently have to be done by submitting a paper form to Companies House.

    I'll take a look into forming Unlimited's and see if it is possible to submit them electronically to Companies House and then consider for a future release.

    It has been possible to form LLP's in Company Formations since version 17.1, released in April 2017.
