Why on earth has someone decided its a good idea to allow closed batches to disappear in the posting screen? Surely we are not the only form finding this frustrating?
This is a setting that has been changed within your practice. By default all batches will show. When in the posting screen please ensure you have selected the option to show all batches. If you are still encountering issues please contact Support
