The "test" facility is available to all users of taxation modules on an indefinate basis, but it is my understanding that this is only required when you are setting you data up for the first time. Therefore the function is not required after initial setup. For this reason, and to avoid errors being made when tax returns are being submitted, I would suggest that the "test" tax return option should be limited to users with certain permissions and not to all members of staff.

Agreed - also the submission response that gets generated after a test submission does not state anywhere that it is a test submission. The printed response must state somewhere that it is a test submission to avoid any confusion!
This is applicable to both personal and business tax
