There are a number of requests for updates to the questionnaire, creating this ticket to merge them all.

The ability to set the file names to something other than a default “[PREFIX] [FIRST NAME] [SURNAME] [YEAR]” by selecting data fields and allowing for repeating text, ie “[SURNAME] [INITIALS] [PREFIX] - [CLIENT REF] - [FREE REPEATING TEXT]”

Need a large message under self employment asking for SEISS grants so they are not missed. Can this be done NOW please ?

Katrina, imprting from PDF require OCR engine. Therefore you may be asking too much, but worth trying support this request.

I saw someone has asked for the Questionnaire to be generated in Word format which would be great but even better would be a pdf which would allow the answers to be typed in. Even better than this would be to be able to import the answers into Taxfiler but that may be asking too much!
