This is a useful feature so that clients can type up the answers in electronic format. Saves them printing, filling in ink then scanning back to us and then we type up the info. Good for the environment as everything is digital.

alternatively an editable pdf. i have clients who struggle to edit the pdf as they use mac's
It would be also useful to have the ability to store the reply and any other documents (P60's etc).
