Taxfiler should email account holder that companies house has generated error on submitted accounts not just red flag on accounts submission page, as error generated date would be week after submission date , so we should get alert from system about "The accounts were rejected by Companies House."

Agreed - it would also be useful if the system told you where outstanding submissions hadn't been polled and acknowledged from a CH point of view. The email from CH doesn't have the company number when this happens.
Or a warning showing on the Home page of Taxfiler so that you can see they've been rejected without viewing the accounts.
