Ability to automate file deletion with "downloaded" attribute after specified number of days after file was downloaded

Ability to automate file deletion with downloaded attribute after specified number of days after file was downloaded - since idea of Openspace is rather secure file exchange than storage.

Ability to view all client OpenSpace users, and what OpenSpace clients they're associated with

We can see a list of staff users, but not client users - currently, if an OpenSpace client is showing as 'Active' we have no idea which of the users set up on that client have actually signed up and logged in. We are unable to see if a user has be...

Automated document expiry date - this will save time pruning old files if we can set a "use by" date for client files uploaded. Sharepoint will do this

Staff save time not having to prune files. Clients save time not having to trawl through so many to find their documents
