Document folders

The facility to set default folders where a document is uploaded to. For example, tax returns are sent to a "Tax" folder, Accounts are sent to an "Accounts" folder.

Ability to add client number to email notifications

IRIS Docs monitors email subject line for auto email filing. It would be useful if all O/S emails contained that client number.

Balance Sheet statement of audit exemption under s479

For small group subsidiaries claiming s479 audit exemption. Currently taxfiler only provides for s477 (small non-group).

HW Use the billing email address as default as fee template emails are automatically sent from IRIS Fees

In IRIS Fees, as a fee template (statement, invoice, credit note, payment reminder, VAT receipt etc.) is generated and emailed out of IRIS, make the default email address the Billing Email address from IRIS.

Openspace auto reminders

For OpenSpace to automatically send approval request reminders at set intervals or being able to bulk select all documents waiting for approval and request with one click rather than having to request each one individually?

Change the colour scheme

The contrast between colours is not great (I have some visual problems so notice this more), the original colour scheme until it changed 2-3 years ago was much better

Ability to have Fair Value Reserve

Currently the software is not compliant with accounting standards, As any fair value of tangible fixed assets as any revaluation needs to be shown in a Fair Value Reserve

Filter/Sort on Stat Deadline

Not sure why not but there isnt a Filter/sort on the Stat Deadline so you cant sort which is urgent
