When looking up clients via search on the main menu is it possible to add columns for client Partner and Manager please.
This must be the single biggest use of client search, and the hours that must be wasted each week having to click the client, wait for it to load, just to view the Partner and Manager seems crazy. Also when more than one client with a similar name it would help people click on the right client.
Eg, almost every single item of post that comes into the office, the admin staff have to look up each client to see who to allocate it to. This alone could be 20 to 50 look ups every morning.
Eg, many phones calls into the office, the client can’t remember their manager, the receptionist has to look it up
Eg, email queries that come in on the general enquiries email address, the staff have to look up the manager allocated
