Filenames should be changed to something less confusing.

Currently file names look something like 'Ncjo2872.doc' as apposed to what the actual document is, this is confusing for clients when trying to locate a particular document.

      Hi Michael, you should be able to rename the document before you upload to IRIS OpenSpace. Also in OpenSpace you can edit the file name, by selecting the file and click edit.
