Now that Non Resident Landlord Companies are required to report under Corporation Tax and HMRC have confirmed that iXBRL accounts must be submitted with the CT600 it's disappointing that Iris do not support this. Support have provided advice on manually editing the LTD accounts to remove information not required but have advised that the submission will most likely be rejected. This is an area we have several clients and so need a solution, especially as the new regime has been in force over 2 years.
The accounts required by HMRC for non resident landlord companies (not prepared under UK GAAP) is only a P&L relating to the company's UK property. Further guidance can be found at https://www.gov.uk/hmrc-internal-manuals/cotax-manual/com130010
