We currently keep our own document of approval wording depending on the document we need approval for that we have to copy and paste into custom approval section when requesting approval. The ability to set a default wording based on the document you are requesting approval for would help and therefore also saving more approval wording templates to choose from when requesting approval from a client would also help.
