For example, our current process is for any letters/correspondence leaving the office to be approved by a senior member of staff. It would be useful if the upload process to OpenSpace had an interim process whereby the letter/document could be forwarded to a senior staff member for approval first (or e-signature in the case of an enagement letter),then it goes on to be uploaded to the clients' portal.
Hi Ceri, thanks for the feedback. This is something we will be looking into, as i know its what alot of customers want and it makes sense. It is too early to say right now, when this is will happen.
