Ability to add notes when uploading documents to portal

This would allow documents to be accompanied by notes to help clients, i.e. sign on page XX, please pay by XXX, and would also allow for a way of corresponding with clients instead of a cover letter type document, or an email having to be sent.

    Hi Vicki, this is planned so the idea is you can add a short message when uploading the document via IRIS to OpenSpace.

    Sign on Page XX should be visible on eSignature pending actions? Have you tried eSignature?
