See Registration Status of all contacts from "Edit Client" screen

Currently the only screen that shows the registration status (not-registered/active etc.) is the list of clients, which shows active if at least one of the contacts is active... it would be useful to see the status of each contact in the "edit contact" screen, which is where you can re-send the activation request from.
