Suggest & prioritise ideas for our customer-driven roadmap

If a client does not approve a document on OpenSpace and there is a need to re-send for the approval. It would be handy for it to note the date the approval was originally requested.

The client often doesn’t approve the documents so I need to send a reminder. When you re-send the approval request it only shows the current date, not the previous date you asked for approval. I would like to be able to see a trail of when I requested approval from them.

      Are you saying that there is a way to automatic chase outstanding approvals? - I am not sure we are aware of this? Sounds like it would be useful.

      Thanks for the idea, are you using scheduled reminders to auto chase outstanding approvals?

      Happy to discuss in more detail, with audit trail we will look into it.
